SSIReN membership is open to all scholars working in Australian higher education with an interest in national security research

Join us

If you are currently employed in Australia in higher education, and have published at least two peer-reviewed journal articles, you are eligible to join SSIReN’s network.

Participate

We have 8 main research themes. You are welcome to join as many of these as you wish. Each theme has a principal leader who will coordinate events, information, research projects and opportunities related to that theme.

Participation in SSIReN is about collaboration and communication with end-users of research. SSIReN can connect your research to policy-makers in the Federal government across the national security community.
